| Pension U Lipna is located on the right side of the water reservoir Lipno in the village of Přední Výtoň. The municipality lies 775 meters above sea level. The surroundings of the pension are great for outdoor recreation (team ball games, biking, downhill sports, cross-country skiing, Nordic walking, water sports etc.) as well as educational day trips into the natural beauty of the Šumava nature reserve and visits to historical landmarks.
Pension U Lipna is a boarding house that is suitable for families with children, school trips, large groups, skiing courses and other group accommodations (bike tours, fishing, skiing, hiking trips…). The single-storey building has been newly renovated and has a maximum capacity of 46 people. Along with adequate number of washing facilities and rest rooms, the guests have access to a dining hall. The guest rooms are spacious and accommodate four to eight people (1x4, 5x6, 1x8 and a suite for four guests). The rooms have adequate amount of storage space for the guests’ personal things and clothes, a table and adequate number of chairs as well as other furniture. The suite has its own rest room, kitchenette as well as its own entry. The building is heated by electric heaters and has a lock up room for sports equipment such as skis and bikes. The surrounding vicinity has many interesting localities such as: Vyšší Brod, the Zlatá Koruna monastery, observation tower na Kleti, Český Krumlov, Rožmberk, Vítkův Hrádek and many others.
